The corner location means lots of light but, on the downside, it also means higher taxes. The asking price is $925,000. Any guesses?

This is truly a beautiful house… The first time I visited this home my jaw dropped… If you love historic 1892 detail this is the place for you. I love the the Roman brick and limestone combo. Dean Street is one of my favorite streets in NYC…

That is a truly, truly beautiful house. And, if “unfinished renovation” meant that someone had left room for me to add the details/fixtures/etc. that I wanted, I’d be very excited.
pretty house, but I’d rather not live on that corner. and I’m not sure I’d want to be betting on Crown Heights real estate in 2009.
