We’ll see if the price tag flies though: They’re asking $3,800,000 for a place that traded for $2,850,000 in mid-2006. Doable?

look, i get the google it joke, but it’s moot when people are having a discussion about something and someone asks on a DISCUSSION board what something means. jeez. it’s not like i asked what the word word means. i asked what something meant in context to this house. i did however google, bear and bull and figured out in the context of this thread and other threads it’s been mentioned in what they mean. *throws all my blue chips at your head*
