Hot house! This 4,552-square-hoot brick and limestone two-family is certainly one of the grandest to hit the market so far this year. We can’t find a single thing to complain about, from the park-block location to period details to scale of the rooms. Gorgeous. We’ll see if the price tag flies though: They’re asking $3,800,000 for a place that traded for $2,850,000 in mid-2006. Doable?

“everyone gets over Diesel once their waist line goes above 26″ :)”
Or when the 17-year-old salesboy asks you if you’re shopping for your (nonexistent) child. Never been back after that.
dirtyhipster, I thought the first quarter of Marc Jacobs show was lovely. I plan to sit out the big-shoulder pad trend. I’m getting old, as I learned at Diesel.
“I don’t know who any of these people are. Fashion designers??? I’m a bad gay”
Don’t worry dave, we cancel each other out as i’m a bad straight guy for actually following thsi stuff
I was trying to be kind.
😉
“discerning” might not be the right word either, 11217!!!
If I hadn’t actually met you Biff, and knew that you weren’t that old, I would have guessed you went all the way back to Vaudeville.
I knew that already Dave.
But you’re a discerning RQ.
