(Our only quibble with this place is the exposed brick, but that’s remedied easily enough.) For $659,000, this place is in surprisingly good shape, having been recently renovated. Think it’ll fly?

This is a nice house price correctly. I sold my house on bainbridge one block way for 650k and it wasnt this nicely renovated.
