For the same price as a one-bedroom at 189 Bridge Street, you get three bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a yard, along with lots of beautiful old woodwork. (Our only quibble with this place is the exposed brick, but that’s remedied easily enough.) For $659,000, this place is in surprisingly good shape, having been recently renovated. Think it’ll fly?

No one to this day is in default on Any house I sold them. NO ONE. I did not do any bullshit in my Real Estate career. Every one I sold a house to or sold one for is still my client and friends. I left the business because of the bullshit.

I sold 2 houses like this in 2005. They are on the same block (no fuckheads I will not tell you the address). Anyway the price was 398 and 410 respectfully. In 2006 assheads was getting about 610k for these puppies but they wad flips and frauds. Now I heard people are offering about 400k on these now. Good luck to this chuklehead because the bank will not give the buyer a mortgage on this price.
