snappy, if that biker wants to claim he/she is law abiding, YES, go around the block.
no-snappy….you just ride on the sidewalk.
I must assume from these stats that bedstuy seriously lacks chinese restaurant delivery.
Snappy, thats exactly how I feel. The cops ususally stop me from driving up the street though.
drivers there arent much better either.

Rob, I appreciate your effort at a balanced comment. This is a good direction for you.
By the way, enough with the bike threads already. Can we have a thread where we bash numbskull drivers who pull their car up so far that the block the crosswalk, thereby forcing me to walk in the street and damn near get clipped by moving cars? Hmmph!
Serious question..if the street is a one-way and you *need* to go the other way, say if you lived in the middle of that block, are you expected to go an extra block out of your way to then be able to go with the traffic down that street?

you should see the idiots in park slope on bikes with BABIES strapped to them not wearing helmuts. totally ridiculous. and then if you try to cross the street in front of them they are like passive aggressive saying EXUUUUUUUUUUUSE MEEEE in their nasally voice.
