Co-op of the Day: 115 Willow Street, #6D
This attractive two-bedroom at 115 Willow Street was just reduced from $675,000 to $635,000. It’s in a very nice prewar building and has plenty of prewar details. Since the price isn’t particularly high for the Brooklyn Heights location, we’re assuming that the small kitchen and/or the lack of a second bathroom must be holding it…

So, Nomi, I take your comment to mean… Yes, I would feel very comfortable spending $48,000 on this apartment (or similar). In fact, this is a bargain!
oops, incontinently drooped the extra o
Oh go move to Europe, tybur6.
In that case Nomi let me state that multi-millionaires are buffons
Yes.
It’s just plain f*cking pathetic to think older people are fair game for ridicule. Makes me sick.
I am also very bored of Brooklyn Heights… if for no other reason than I cannot possibly *ever* think FOUR THOUSAND PER MONTH is a decent price for a small 2-bedroom apartment. This is absurd. There is NOTHING you can point to to suggest otherwise.
Seriously? There are people reading this website that can HONESTLY and without gritting your teeth say that $4,000 per month is a rational amount to pay for a place like this?!
This is a very nice street, quiet, this place is not far from Clark St. 2/3. I like the space and that is a good price. Maintenance is high-ish though. It is so difficult to really assess these places without understanding the building finances/mortgage, etc.
Do they hit too close to home, Minard???
