Another qualifier: There’s only one bathroom for the entire apartment. That said, the co-op has lots of original detail and a generous living/dining area. On top of that, the monthly maintenance of $630 is quite low. Overall, it looks like an interesting option for a family with a couple of kids.

Just across the street from a 25-year construction site? I don’t think so. Seriously, values on all the properties around the site are shot.
Are those paw prints on the walls of the living and dining rooms?
What happened to the map with the location of property that would appear under the thread of COTD and HOTD?
It has 1 1/2 baths. Look at the floorplan. How are you going to convince Philly brokers in the HOTD to start using floorplans if you don’t even look at your own?? 🙂
However, I am a big fan of the lattice work.
We lived in an apt with an almost identical layout – three bedrooms and a single bathroom, three kids… We bought a house in DP. The bathroom becomes an issue as the kids get older, as does that small bedroom.
This is a pied-a-terre for Willy Wonka.
This is in Prospect Heights–right near future Atlantic Yards site….overpriced.
The the walk up may be a bit too much for many. However, the real problem with this property is it’s location. Who wants to be that close to the Atlantic Yards project? Imagine the impact on parking, noise and air quality during construction and then after.
