It’s well-proportioned and has nice sunlight and has a nice feel overall; the cabinets in the kitchen and bath, though, scream Home Depot though. As for the numbers, the monthly maintenance is $577 and the asking price is $229,000. The apartment changed hands in the summer of 2007 for $208,425. Sound fair?

i dont think id ever go into the home depot in manhattan. there are always creepy old men cruising in there! i dont know if the other stores are the same.

HD has a very wide range of kitchen cabinets, especially if you go to the larger Manhattan store.
okay i just image googled (something i dont like to do) home depot kitchen and this popped up. what exactly is wrong with any of this?

Both are totally appropriate for this level apartment.
