It’s now back on for $829,000. We like everything about it except the kitchen. The floors and windows are particularly charming—and the exclusive roof rights are a nice kicker. We also like the fact that the monthly maintenance is only $533. How do you think it’ll fare?

frosted kitchen cabinets are gross. who the hell wants to see blurry outlines of cockroaches scurrying around!/ gack!

I’ll defer to the experts who usually comment on these issues, but I’d guess it remains on the market less than 30 days and gets multiple bids. Unless there’s something about the coop’s financial status we don’t know about….
Kitchen would look nice with some large dark slate-like tiles, I think.
Easy fix. The rest of the floors look absolutely amazing.
Snappy, I have frosted doors in Philly. I was reluctant but got them…you really can’t see anything behind them
I really like this apt and I think it’s well priced considering it’s a 3 BR right on the park. The kitchen is great except the floor. my only concern is that the 3rd BR seems to have the W/D in it and it’s really tiny – so more like an office space., but all in all a really nice place!

Ok…you are right Dave…floor is kinda ugmo as well IMO. But nothing that can’t be changed.
