This three-bedroom co-op at 156 Prospect Park West should be an interesting measure of the Park Slope market. The 1,100-square-foot pad traded for $785,000 in early 2007. It’s now back on for $829,000. We like everything about it except the kitchen. The floors and windows are particularly charming—and the exclusive roof rights are a nice kicker. We also like the fact that the monthly maintenance is only $533. How do you think it’ll fare?

  1. frosted kitchen cabinets are gross. who the hell wants to see blurry outlines of cockroaches scurrying around!/ gack!

    *rob*
(and no, i do not have roaches. but some people do!)

  2. Great location, great building, nice space.
I’ll defer to the experts who usually comment on these issues, but I’d guess it remains on the market less than 30 days and gets multiple bids. Unless there’s something about the coop’s financial status we don’t know about….

  3. I really like this apt and I think it’s well priced considering it’s a 3 BR right on the park. The kitchen is great except the floor. my only concern is that the 3rd BR seems to have the W/D in it and it’s really tiny – so more like an office space., but all in all a really nice place!
