Co-op of the Day: 160 Columbia Heights
After six weeks on the market at $699,000, this one-bedroom co-op at 160 Columbia Heights has been reduced to $649,000. At 750-square-feet, it’s a solid one-bedroom, but it’s still only a one-bedroom; and as cool as we find the Deco exterior (and as sweet as the views are), it’s not a fancy building by any…

So the question is, Will $850 a foot fly?

@2:22 – I have a feeling biff needn’t worry as I doubt you could afford a place in BH or PS. I hope if you do manage to scrounge up enough money for a down payment in PS you get run over by the first stroller you see.
biff is like that zitty kid who sat in the front row and rasied his hand even before the teacher asked the question.
I think “guest” is more original than biff champion, personally.
His posts are as useless as the ones he claims to hate so much.
If Biff is any indication of the crap that live in Brooklyn Heights, I think I’ll pass.
Those strollers in PS are looking better and better…
Give Biff credit, at least he uses a name that people can attack, rather than “guest at X:XX PM”.
Not that I am any different as a guest. Just saying.
“have you ever been in this building Biff?”
And which part of “I happen to like the building” don’t you understand, stupid?
2:15, stop wasting your time with me and go search for prospective buyers.
why does it sound odd? it sounds like someone trying to correct the impression that it wasn’t a very nice building. actually, it is.
have you ever been in this building Biff? or are you just adding nothing of substance as usual.
Sorry 1:38/2:04, but it sounds a bit odd that someone with no vested interest in the place would think to mention a “p/t cleaning staff” and fast elevators.
Price still seems to me to be a bit high, but I happen to like the building and love the location.
2:02, please at least try to add something interesting to your insults. You’re way too droll.
