After six weeks on the market at $699,000, this one-bedroom co-op at 160 Columbia Heights has been reduced to $649,000. At 750-square-feet, it’s a solid one-bedroom, but it’s still only a one-bedroom; and as cool as we find the Deco exterior (and as sweet as the views are), it’s not a fancy building by any stretch. So the question is, Will $850 a foot fly?

  1. Thanks 5:48, I’m actually quite happy to know I make you feel gassy and regretful. And I’m going to continue making you eat my rice cakes. Open wide…

  2. Too bad you haven’t said anything even remotely as hilarious, Biff.

Your posts are like eating a rice cake.

Totally flavorless, makes me gassy and wish I had never touched the thing.

  3. 4:50, never mind – come back here after 3 hours and it’s pretty shocking. Even guests going after guests. Seems all hell breaks loose whenever I leave!

4:55, even if you’re one of the guests that I was getting into it with, I have to give you credit..that was hilarious.

  4. Jesus. Come back to brownstoner after a year or two and it’s the same old crap… an internet “pull out your dick” mudslinging contest.

  5. Just for the record, this is a fancy Brooklyn Heights Building. It has a doorman, it has views, it has class. I can’t believe that Mr. Brooklyn Flea thinks it is less than fancy.

  6. 2:35 and 2:54, unles you are the same person, I have a terrific 2 bedroom in PS, on the park w/ city views…in your price range! let me know if you’re interested and we can exchange info…
