Another unit at the former St. Paul’s Parish School at 205 Warren Street has just come on the market. A 1,300-square-foot apartment down the hall, which had been asking $995,000 back in December, closed for $975,000 in March, a strong vote of confidence in the building. Apartment 2D, by comparison, is 700 square feet and asking $625,000. It traded for as little as $466,000 less than a year ago, but it looks like the kitchen was renovated in the meantime. (Personally, we’re not loving it.) We do love the overall vibe of this building and the windows and ceiling heights in these second-floor apartments are killer. Think they’ll get their price on this one?

Or, to keep the sex talk centered on real estate/interior design, since this apartment is really a glorified studio, the whole thing is your bedroom. So you can go wheelbarrow on the couch, or on the horrible granite floor in the kitchen. How about up and down the stairs to the loft?
