What do people think of this place on 7th Street? The kitchen and floors look nice but the bathroom’s a little too much for us. While we’d need to see a pic of the facade to weigh in fully, this two bedroom looks to be a much better deal at $575,000 than some of the similarly priced one bedrooms we’ve looked at in Greenwood Heights over the past couple of days, wouldn’t you agree? And, btw, there’s an open house this weekend on Sunday from 12 to 2.

  1. I’d take the 23rd street location over this place. Interior looks stylish but the 3rd avenue location is a deal breaker. At least 23rd has the a park like cemetary and a homey old brooklyn feel to the area. Granted, none of these are old brooklyn prices but still.

Although Im not a good sampling – I think all of these condos are crap. You can buy a whole house for close to the same money with more space and a backyard.

  2. can anyone find a true 3 bedroom apartment under $800,000. The florentine seems high priced to me initially but in comparison to other things I am not so sure. You do seem to get a lot.

  3. No its that they were way overpriced, dont really fit the area (ultra modern interiors etc…) and as a result have been basically completly empty for well over a year, and finally there is already a resale of one of only 3 units that did sell.

To me that says – failure – but your conclusions may differ.
