This duplex condo at 25 Montgomery Place is architecturally stunning, but then again so is its price tag. The parlor floor in particular is dripping with details like moldings, fireplaces and wood paneling. And the common charges only come to $800 a month, a bargain for a 2,285-square-foot apartment. Given that, maybe the asking price of $1,995,000 isn’t so bad. On the other hand, it’s a tough leap to shell out that amount of dough when it would by you a pretty nice stand-alone house not too far away.

  1. “but now that youre back, and seemingly cattier than ever”

    *nice apartment, but sketchy block.

*are ice cream parlours the new cupcake shoppe? it seems that way… you’d think with everyone and their aunt becky opening up ice cream shops, prices would come to down to sane levels! even mr. softee is price gouging these days!

    *complaints about the parade:
    1.) super short
    2.) no pyrotechnics
3.) never saw so many people hit with ugly stick and proud of it as i did in the parade.
4.) no elephants 🙁 for some reason i thought they would have marching circus elephants.
5.) marty markowitz preening from a float :-/

*oh get over yourself, i am not a gay basher. calling gays out on their detestable behaviors and morals is totally different than gay bashing. yeah i went the parade 11217. i mean why not, it was right outside. it didnt seem as trashy as the manhattan one is.

*some food delivery person just waltzed straight into my office and started handing out menus to everyone :-/ and ignored me when i made it obvious his presence was not welcome!

But by all means, please continue, Rob

i think they nixed that idea after your last hissyfit blogacide..but now that youre back, and seemingly cattier than ever, i think they should reconsider that feature.

  3. Yeah, Dave is the illogical one. You’ve claimed that all the new construction in Downtown Brooklyn would sit empty…and it’s renting quicker than probably even the developer thought they would. And don’t try to tell me that the prices for these places are not strong given the location. Toren over 50% sold, same for Oro, Forte sold out.

Even your friend Jonathan Miller predicts a worst case scenario of another 5-15% further drop for NYC and still here you are…the only person (economist or otherwise) predicting another 50% off. But we’re all illogical.

But you don’t care. You keep ranting away even though no one but Dave nor I would be crazy enough to engage you, much less even read your posts at this point.
