This 1,400-square-foot condo at 675 Sackett Street in Park Slope traded for $1,100,000 back in 2006 and is now back on the market with an asking price of $1,250,000. We don’t care much for the exterior of the building but the interior of this two-bedroom apartment looks quite nice. The private terrace is nothing to sniff at either. Since the building has only been around since 2004, the common charges are still quite low too.

  1. might go for 900 – 950k.

    # daveinbedstuy So does anyone have any experience as to how much taxes go up when a building comes off of abatement????

i’d be really interested to know how many buyers of abated new (2007-2010) condos realize the wallop they are going to get after 15 years. or how they’ll sell w/o the abatement.

  2. I dont know where you guys get the numbers, but 306 is about half the size with no outdoor space. This has 600 sqf of deck. Justifies the jump for me.

  3. They are DREAMING in December apartment #306 (an almost identically sized apartment – 1300sq ft) one floor below and with a terrace sold for 830K.

But these people were artsy, volvo-driving, Berkeley civic council types. surprising that in some respects they could have been so snooty.

you’re surprised THAT demographic can be snooty!?
