Co-op of the Day: 125 Eastern Parkway, #1A

We’ve liked all the apartments we’ve seen at 125 Eastern Parkway, and this 1,300-square-foot three-bedroom is no exception. Although it lacks some of the prewar-iness that most of the units in the building have in spades, it’s been tastefully renovated with a pleasing modern sensibility (which benefits from the high ceilings). The big cross to bear on this one is the fact that it’s on the ground floor. How big a deal will this be when it comes to trying to fetch the asking price of $929,000.
