Brooklyn Open Houses -- Bed Stuy, Bushwick

Our top listings this week include plenty of new or newly renovated homes, including a handful of flips in Bed Stuy.

Which would you choose?

10. Last week’s No. 5 pick drops down to the last spot. If this brick two-family at 582 Lexington Avenue looks familiar, it may be because you’ve seen it on HGTV’s House Hunters, where it was once featured. Then again, it may just be because you’ve seen so many houses like it lately — Bed Stuy townhouses gut-renovated by flippers with open-plan living spaces, some exposed brick and stainless steel appliances.

7. Last week’s No. 1 drops to No. 7. If you’re in the market for a multi-million-dollar condo, you could do a lot worse than this three-bedroom at 360 Furman Street, aka One Brooklyn Bridge Park. It offers a vista that’s hard to top, with massive banks of windows that look out on Brooklyn Bridge Park and the harbor.

1. Our No. 1 listing this week is on Hancock Street in Bed Stuy. It’s a newly built residence — the listing calls it “renovated,” though with a new flat brick facade there’s precious little left of whatever was here before. At 4,400 square feet it’s modern-looking, with some large open spaces, exposed brick walls, recessed lighting and floating staircases. For the owner there’s a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath triplex with an upper deck; it sits above a two-bedroom rental and a finished basement.
