It’s been six months and our Open House Picks from back in May are all off the market, with one sold and two in contract.
Our two Carroll Gardens homes had similar fates (and the same street number). The Italianate brownstone on Clinton Street heralded barely under $3,000,000, and $250,000 under ask.
The Greek Revival brick Carroll Gardens home from 1882 got its ask exactly, making $200,000 less than the Italianate property.
The quaint, bow-fronted Crown Heights property with wood-burning fireplace was taken off the market in September.
A Prospect Lefferts Gardens house whose bathrooms and kitchens could use an update entered contract in November. If the sale has closed, the price paid for the property has not yet hit public records.
