As we noted six months ago, this batch of picks all had lots of curb appeal, including a Queen Anne facade in Park Slope with an interesting cornice and handsome bow fronts on the rest.
Despite its lovely exterior, the Park Slope pick sold for $250,000 under ask.
In Bed Stuy, a multifamily brownstone (with jacuzzi) is still available, and the price has dropped $150,001.
An eleven-room Bay Ridge duplex is in contract — if it’s already closed, the sale has yet to hit public records.
In Crown Heights, our bargain pick in need of renovation went for $12,000 over ask — although still well under $1,000,000.
