Our batch of Open House Picks from six months ago were all renovated, and appeared to be in move-in condition — but that didn’t get all of them a sale.
Overall, the batch did well, though. Three sold and one is still on the market.
In Bushwick, a triplex with three separate entrances got $125,000 under ask. The better-than-average flip broke a million by $75,000.
Our PLG listing is still on the market, its price reduced by $95,000. The new ask is $2,300,00 for the neo-Medieval four-story brick townhouse with private parking.
The only listing that sold over ask, our Greenpoint property with original staircases got $300,000 more than its listing.
A rare Kensington listing went for $101,000 under ask.
