This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Crown Heights, Windsor Terrace, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?
First up, this spacious Brooklyn Heights single-family has elegant features such as a curving center stair and also has modern updates. This former House of the Day entered contract in March.
In Crown Heights, this early 20th century row house in the Crown Heights North II Historic District was designed by Axel Hedman. This former Open House Pick is still available for $2,999,999, a price cut of $100,000.
In Windsor Terrace, a two-family has one unit per floor. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $1.58 million, which was $119,000 under the asking price.
Finally, this Bay Ridge one-bedroom looks like it might need a lick of fresh paint, but it has a spacious layout, wood floors, and Art Deco details for under the $300,000 mark. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for the asking price of $285,000.
