This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

A one-bedroom in the World War II era Clinton Hill Cooperatives has space and good light, along with plenty of closets. It’s located on the 12th floor of the south campus at 361 Clinton Avenue, a 14-story elevator building that is one of 12 in the complex. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $805,000, which was $60,000 over the asking price.

With wide planked floorboards, marble mantels, and some vintage charm, this Carroll Gardens row house has plenty of details to appeal. The location, though, might give some buyers pause. The three-family at 130 Summit Street is near the corner of Hicks Street and the sunken BQE. This former House of the Day entered contract in April.

In Gowanus, one of a row of four brownstones built in 2014 and designed by architect Gerald Caliendo combines contemporary and traditional features. Spread over four floors, the single-family has high ceilings, a coffered ceiling and paneling in the dining room, gas fireplaces, and marble-tile bathrooms. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $5.246 million, which was $223,000 under the asking price.

Lush with woodwork featuring striking mother of pearl inlays, this Park Slope brownstone also offers some modern amenities like updated bathrooms and central air. At 854 President Street, it also has a location just a short stroll to the green pleasures of Prospect Park. This former House of the Day entered contract in April.
