This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, and Williamsburg. How did they fare?

First up, in Park Slope: The lush features in this circa 1900 limestone and brick dwelling include plasterwork, wainscoting, mantels, a dumbwaiter, and a butler’s pantry, along with some modern updates. This former House of the Day sold in February for $4.95 million, which was $300,000 under the asking price.

Also in Park Slope, this rather impressive brownstone has a lot of period bells and whistles, including elaborate mantels, built-ins, woodwork, and cherub-adorned ceilings. This former House of the Day sold in January for $5.3 million, which was $300,000 over the asking price.

In Carroll Gardens, a renovated brick row house comprises a duplex with a top floor rental. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $3.325 million, which was $430,000 over the asking price.

Finally, this wood frame in Williamsburg is set back from the street and can be seen with its historic detail in the circa 1940 tax photo. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $2.4 million, which was $50,000 under the asking price.
