This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Prospect Park South, Gravesend, and Bushwick. How did they fare?

First up, this grand Park Slope Neo-Grec got some new decorative touches since it was last on the market, but the original details, including a wealth of woodwork, are still in place. This former House of the Day entered contract in December.

In Prospect Park South, this circa 1906 standalone is in the historic district. The single-family still has some wood floors, mantels, fretwork, and stained glass. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $2,681,250, which was $193,750 under the asking price.

Looking neat as a pin, an early 20th century detached house in Gravesend has some appealing features including arched doorways, decorative niches, wood floors, and an Arts and Crafts style stone fireplace. This former House of the Day sold in January for $1.1 million, which was $288,000 under the asking price.

Finally, this two-family brownstone in Bushwick has an owner’s duplex and a top floor rental. The former Open House Pick sold in January for $1.61 million, which was $15,000 over the asking price.
