Christmas is a mere two weeks off, which means it’s time to knuckle down on your gift buying. Perhaps one of the items on your list is a newly built four-story townhouse with an elevator? If so, we’ve got one for you to check out this Sunday, along with three other properties for sale. They’re found in Vinegar Hill, Crown Heights, Bed Stuy and Brownsville.

On Bridge Street in Vinegar Hill is a swank four-story townhouse with a roof deck and elevator. It’s got a double-height living room with a wall of windows fronting the street, a sleek kitchen with custom cabinetry and high-end appliances, a full floor master suite with another wall of windows, and two additional bedrooms. It adjoins the Kirkman Lofts condos, and offers luxury-condo amenities to go along with the luxury-condo feel of the place: fitness center, bike room, virtual doorman, etc. There’s also a home automation system that controls lighting, HVAC, and a built-in sound system using an iPad.

In Crown Heights on Bergen Street stands a four-story circa 1898 townhouse that’s newly renovated within; by a flipper, it appears. The Renaissance Revival house is within the Crown Heights North Historic District. There’s an upper triplex with four bedrooms, a kitchen with stone countertops and a center island, and a steel deck with stairs leading to a wood-fenced yard. There are high ceilings and a few details, including four mantels and tin ceilings. One would presume there’s a rental on the bottom floor, but there’s no floor plan and the listing makes no mention of one, so we couldn’t say for certain.

In Bed Stuy on Macon Street, we find a brownstone dating to 1890, according to the listing. Recently renovated by the long-time owner, going by public record, this one’s got some original detail on the parlor floor, including pocket doors, moldings, window casings and a mirrored mantel. It’s got a four-bedroom, three-bath triplex over a two-bedroom garden rental and a finished cellar.

Last stop is Brownsville, where we find a brick house on Willmohr Street near the East Flatbush border. This one’s an estate sale, and it needs some work. At 20 feet wide and three stories high, it might offer some space to play with. It’s got parquet floors, a front driveway and a paved backyard. Despite the presence of two kitchens, it is a legal one-family, according to the listing and the certificate of occupancy.
