The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a row house in Crown Heights, a brownstone in Carroll Gardens and a standalone in Kensington.

Carroll Gardens and Crown Heights were popular again this week, with other listings dotted around the borough and even into the Bronx. The least expensive on the list is a Sunset Park brownstone at $1.4 million and the most expensive is a Brooklyn Heights brownstone at $13.75 million.
