This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bay Ridge, Red Hook, Ditmas Park and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

This spacious one-bedroom co-op in Bay Ridge appears move-in ready, with immaculate wood floors, arched openings and a tidy updated bathroom with attractive original tile and fixtures. It’s on the third floor of 601 79th Street in Bay Ridge. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for the asking price of $359,000.

In Red Hook, this mid-19th century brick house has lost its cornice and acquired a stucco coating but retains its historic ironwork. In use as a single-family (though it is technically two), the row house channels rustic chic with wide plank floors; exposed beams, bricks and mechanicals; and two unfitted kitchens. This former House of the Day sold in June for $1.525 million, which was $70,000 under the asking price.

With seven bedrooms and a spacious main level, this early 20th century Colonial Revival-style residence has plenty of room to get away from your nearest and dearest. In the Ditmas Park Historic District, the house at 495 East 18th Street is also brimming with original woodwork, including wainscoting, built-ins, moldings and floors with inlaid borders. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2.995 million, which was $855,000 under the asking price.

It has the narrow width of a classic Anglo-Italianate but this renovated Brooklyn Heights two-family has an expansive five floors of living space — and the means to access it via the rare amenity of an elevator. On a scenic bit of Willow Street in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, it has its own bit of curb appeal with a blue door and low stoop that, along with its adjoining twin, is popular with photographers. This former House of the Day is still on the market for $6.395 million, a price cut of $855,000.
