Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Greenpoint, Boerum Hill and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

This conveniently laid out two-bedroom co-op in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District is not the least expensive two-bedroom we’ve ever come across, but it does offer a remarkable number of hard-to-find desirable features. This former Co-op of the Day recently entered contract.

Longtime Greenpoint residents may be fascinated to peek behind the facade of this freestanding Italianate brick house on Oak Street. This former House of the Day sold in May for $3.15 million, which was $350,000 over ask.

In Boerum Hill, a 22-foot-wide Greek Revival brick townhouse at 362 State Street with an intact historic exterior and original black marble Greek Revival mantels has been otherwise modernized with minimalist white updates. This former Open House Pick is still available.

Bay Ridge shows off its gracious charms in this circa 1915 wood-frame bungalow perched above the street, one block from Shore Road Promenade. This former House of the Day is still available for $2.487 million, a price cut of $100,000.
