Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Bensonhurst, Brooklyn Heights and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

Starting off in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, this renovated neo-Tudor, Picturesque-style house has a coffered dining room, built-in window benches and a wood-burning fireplace with an original mantel plus a well-designed kitchen and bathroom updates. This former Open House Pick entered contract in March.

Next, the exterior of this Bensonhurst house is a cornucopia of 1930s neo-Tudor style with faux gables, faux chimneys, fancy brickwork and a porch. The semi-detached two-story is also a catalog of 20th century period fashions on the inside. This former House of the Day sold in January for $980,000, which was $295,000 below the original ask.

In Brooklyn Heights, this apartment is a relatively simple 2.5-bedroom co-op with a renovated kitchen and at least one vintage bathroom. Its unusual and commodious layout — a combination of two original units — has light on three sides, two full bathrooms and a half bedroom with its own separate bath. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $1.45 million, which was $50,000 under ask.

Finally, this seven-bedroom mansion designed by Slee & Bryson in Bay Ridge has copious prewar details, extensive landscaped grounds, central air and a garage. Some of the especially notable features of a house filled with them are in the dining room, with its wood paneled walls topped by a row of carved floriate panels and a patterned plaster ceiling. This former House of the Day is still available.
