Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Windsor Terrace, Midwood Park, Prospect Heights and Flatbush. How did they fare?

Starting off in Windsor Terrace, close to Prospect Park, there’s a petite Neo-Grec two-family brick house with a garage on a rear alley. With faux stone covering its first story and few original details left inside apart from a staircase, it might be a good project for architect or designer looking to put their stamp on something. This former Open House Pick entered contract in February.

Next, this standalone single-family home in Midwood Park designed by Benjamin Dreisler as a part of the 1908 John R. Corbin Company development has a distinctive street presence, a two-car garage, and many special details not commonly seen in Brooklyn. This former House of the Day is still on the market for a reduced price of $1.99 million.

A rare extra-large Edwardian apartment nestles on the third floor of a 10-unit 1901 limestone walkup co-op in Prospect Heights. Located at 207 Park Place two blocks from Grand Army Plaza, apartment 3E is a three-bedroom floor-through with extravagant historical details. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in February.

Finally, here’s a neo-Georgian in the Albemarle-Kenmore Terrace Historic District. Notable features include a slate mansard roof with dormers, and pretty much all its original interior details. In the living room, there’s a bay window with a window seat and a wood burning fireplace. This former House of the Day is still available for a reduced price of $1.59 million.
