This week, our look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago centers on homes in Greenpoint, Crown Heights, Park Slope and Flatbush. How did they fare?

First up, we have this three-story semi-detached wood frame home that is on a picturesque bend in the Greenpoint Historic District. Located at 212 Guernsey Street, it has a renovated interior in rental condition, with limited visible original details but the possibility of more beneath the new floors. This former House of the Day is currently in contract.

After that, we have a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex condo that has a number of attractive features, including a clean, streamlined design and two outdoor spaces. It’s located on the third and fourth floors of a newly converted four-unit brownstone at 756 St. Johns Place. This former Condo of the Day is still available for the asking price of $949,000.

Then we have a four-story Neo-Grec brownstone in Park Slope that’s had a recent, exhaustive makeover. Located two blocks from Prospect Park at 413 8th Street, the home was built in the 1880s and was redone by interior designer Sheena Murphy of Sheep + Stone in collaboration with architecture firm Frances Mildred. This former House of the Day is currently off the market.

Last up, there’s an early 20th-century Tudor-style semi-attached house in Flatbush. Recently updated with an all-white look inside, it has bamboo wood floors and a decorative wood mantel. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $635,000, which was $10,000 above the initial asking price.
