As we enter the second month of the new year, our look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago centers on homes in Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park, Park Slope and Fort Greene. How did they fare?

First, a lovely Dutch Colonial Revival standalone with lots of details in the Fiske Terrace portion of the Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park Historic District. Located at 51 Waldorf Court, a dead end street, the home also boasts a one-car garage. This former House of the Day did not sell and is currently off the market.

Then we have a charming floor-through co-op in the Park Slope Historic District, in good shape and with some choice original detail. Located at 902 President Street, it sits a half block from Prospect Park. This former Co-op of the Day sold in September for $1.01 million, which was $35,000 above the asking price.

After that, a modest two-family brownstone in Park Slope that boasts tons of original Neo-Grec detail. Dating back to the 1880s, the house is located on 393 2nd Street and has been with the same family since at least the 1980s. This former House of the Day did not sell and is currently off the market.

Last up, in Fort Greene, we have a brownstone with an unusual and striking renovation. A half block from Fort Greene Park, this four-story single-family has a two-story atrium on its garden and parlor floor, opening the eat-in kitchen to the backyard through a full wall of glass doors and window, with the original details maintained on the floor above. A columned archway separates the parlor from a back room, which looks down to the kitchen below. This former Open House Pick is still available for $5 million, which is $500,000 below the previous asking price.
