This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Midwood and Clinton Hill. How did they fare?

First, this two-bedroom prewar apartment on one of Brooklyn Heights’ fruit streets has a sunken living room, recently renovated kitchen and windows on three sides. While not huge — the layout was converted from a one-bedroom — it could fit a small family and has spots for dining and a home office, plus a decent amount of storage. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $1.08 million, which was $95,000 under the asking price.

Details abound in this early 20th century Midwood standalone, which offers up plenty of features to make an old-house lover swoon. A butler’s pantry, stained glass, wood floors, original bath tile and a vintage kitchenette are just a few of the enticements. The Dutch Colonial Revival single-family at 952 East 18th Street also has room to spread out with six bedrooms and a yard that includes a two-car garage. This former House of the Day entered contract in January.

In Clinton Hill, this four-family, four-story Italianate brownstone appears to be move-in ready. Located at 59 Lefferts Place, it’s set up with a floor-through apartment on the top floor, two units on the next floor, and a duplex on the garden and parlor floors. Details include fancy plasterwork and carved marble mantels. The boiler, water heater and roof are recently updated, according to the listing. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $3.575 million, which was $325,000 over the asking price.

Finally, this 1880s manse is one of a pair that is part of a rather spectacular stretch of Queen Anne houses in the Clinton Hill Historic District. It has been divided up into a four-family but still offers up some period details along with renovated kitchens and baths and off-street parking. It has a one-bedroom duplex on the parlor and English basement levels with three rental units on each of the floors above. This former House of the Day is still on the market.
