Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.

First up, an interesting one — a 19th century, semi-detached Queen Anne style mansion with an SRO designation, an oversized lot and a split level carriage house in the rear. A three-story with a gabled roof, an Ionic-columned front porch and a brick and brownstone facade, it sits at 669 Saint Marks Avenue in Crown Heights, where it was built in 1891, according to the listing. This former House of the Day sold in April for $3.25 million, which is $249,000 below the initial asking price.

Next, we have a landmarked 1919 townhouse that sits on one of the more interesting blocks in Bed Stuy, at 92 Bainbridge Street between Lewis and Stuyvesant Avenues, in the Stuy Heights Historic District. As noted in this write up by Suzanne Spellen, it’s got a block-long stretch of Queen Anne brownstones designed by Magnus Dahlander on one side; on the opposite is a row of semi-detached houses of Flemish brick with raised terraces with brick balustrades, “suburban style houses in the heart of the city.” This former House of the Day is currently in contract for $1.6 million, the owner told Brownstoner.

After that, there’s a cute Flatbush two-bedroom that offers a decent amount of space for the price and low monthly maintenance charges, in a prewar building. It’s on the fifth floor of the Clinton Houses, at 657 East 26th Street, a six-story, 113-unit building close to Brooklyn College, built in 1940. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in February.

And wrapping it up, a deluxe brick row house on Clinton Street in Brooklyn Heights. At 22 feet wide and four stories, this one’s huge, detailed and beautifully restored and updated. There are three working fireplaces, six bedrooms, two family rooms, a living room, two decks, two laundry areas — even two wine refrigerators, including a 200-bottle one in the basement. This former Open House Pick is still available for $7.995 million, which is $305,000 below the initial asking price.
