This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago centers on homes in Bay Ridge, Windsor Terrace, Crown Heights and Beverly Square West. How did they fare?

Starting us off this week, we have a large early 20th century brick row house with original details and a covered porch with Doric columns. Located at 158 73rd Street in Bay Ridge, the two-story home is currently configured as a one-family and appears to be in move-in condition. This former House of the Day entered contract in March.

Then, we have a one-bedroom duplex condo in Windsor Terrace with a private parking space and roof deck. Located at 279 Prospect Park West, the spacious unit is thoroughly modern and only four blocks away from the southwestern corner of Prospect Park. This former Condo of the Day sold in October for $1.115 million, which was $150,001 above the asking price.

Following that, we have a particularly lavish and extra-wide four-story brick standalone with loads of historical detail. Located at 190 New York Avenue, it’s in the Crown Heights North II Historic District and comes with a fascinating backstory: built circa 1896 and designed by Edward P. York (who was not “Rockefeller’s architect,” despite the listing’s claim otherwise) in a Colonial Revival vernacular, the two-family bay-windowed home is currently configured as top floor rental above a lower owners triplex. This former House of the Day is still available for $3.85 million, which is a price increase of $350,000.

Finally, there’s a fully detached single-family Colonial Revival-style home in the Flatbush micro nabe of Beverly Square West with a separate detached garage. Located at 275 Westminster Road, the early 20th century house has a front porch and an impressive amount of original details. This former House of the Day sold in October for $1.55 million, which is $50,000 below the asking price.
