The living room’s got decent light and a wall of exposed brick, which warms things up; there’s another one in the kitchen. There are natural wood window frames throughout, another warming touch, and wood floors.

The kitchen is renovated, with ample cabinetry, a wood floor and a window; no room for a table but there’s a nook in the living room where one can sit, as the current tenants demonstrate.

The bedroom’s not exactly giant, but it’ll fit a queen bed, and has a pair of slim windows. The broker’s listing promises “multiple large closets.”

There’s no mention of laundry in the building, so presumably you’re going to get to know the local laundromat. Nearest train is the 2/5 at Kingston, a not too daunting walk.
