The house is a wood frame and is 25 feet wide and semi-detached. It likely dates from the mid-19th century, but in other respects doesn’t seem especially distinguished inside or out.
It was a House of the Day in 2011, when it was covered in asphalt siding. It sold that year for $350,000 to an LLC, which renovated it, then sold again in 2012 for $890,000. Corcoran had the most recent listing, which went up in February.
