Given all the work this place will need, combined with its proximity to the BQE (and The Verdi!), we’re not sure the $750,000 asking price is low enough, but it does look like this could be quite an exciting restoration project for the right eager beaver.

Beneath the asphalt siding is probably the original siding. This would be a fascinating restoration project. The end result would be a New England style cottage.
