The Prospect Heights development at 659 Bergen Street has been branded The Affinity, and seven one-bedroom units in the building hit the market a couple weeks ago. Prices are running from $379,000 to $429,000, and six of them just got $10-20,000 price boosts, so perhaps there’s been some interest in them already. The Karl Fischer-designed building between Vanderbilt and Underhill was handed over to the bank last June, and its new facade was on view last month. The listings aren’t sporting interior shots yet, but you can check out the the priciest one-bedroom’s floorplan after the jump.

Room dimensions make no sense. If the bedroom is 10 x 10, then the living room can’t be 26 x 11.
