DH – there is a new (post-Monkey Town) establishment proposed here. Can’t remember the details, but I remember seeing it.

11217 – williamsburg rents are by far the nuttiest in brooklyn now. although not shocking most frownstoners have no clue what it costs to rent something decent nowadays
So a 2 bedroom rental here is 4K and the one yesterday in South Slope was 3K and everyone said it was too much??

Well, that is reassuring, because my answer was “no.”
yeah – i tried to photograph this a month ago but it’s really hard to get a good shot bc of the sidewalk being blocked off across the street.
looks really cool in person – and prices are in line (or even less) than new stuff in nabe.
I do like it, though that photo does it no justice at all. For a streetwall addition, it is quite elegant (and hard to photograph – I’ve tried many times myself).
