We haven’t checked in on 288 7th Street—which, in a past life, was a two-story carriage house—since last summer, but since then it’s hit the market and one of its three units is in contract, according to StreetEasy. The two remaining duplexes in the condo, which is between 4th and 5th avenues, cost $1,700,000 for a 2,216 square footer with one bedroom and $2,500,000 for a 2,216-square-foot three-bedroom. Update: Looks like the only unit currently on the market is the 2,216-square-foot condo asking $1,700,000. Anyone checked ’em out in the flesh?

Forget that growth in the back. It’s the front windows that are too small for the building. But what do I know? I’m just an idiot troll.
Uh-oh, I forgot DIBS is a Scorpio.
I humbly apologize for all past (and future) slights.
I would pay a premium for “SnarkSlope Slept Here” Does it come with a dvd of Snark’s greatest hits?
I saw it m4l. Being a Scorpio, I will never forget it and Biff will get it when he’s least expecting it (nh).
Biff, I’m obligated to snitch DIBS about this ^^^^^
Snark, funny! How does the “SnarkSlope Slept Here” premium compare to the “DIBS Slept Here” discount?
> Too close to 4th Avenue for this price, IMO.
True that, Biff.
Even with the “SnarkSlope Slept Here” premium factored in.
> We’ll have to agree to disagree.
Indeed. Agreed.
Too close to 4th Avenue for this price, IMO.
Can they keep inching it forward to 6th Ave?
