What happened here! As of August, there was still some construction work left to do at Carroll Garden’s 114 4th Place, although a couple of the apartments had already gone on the market. Since then all four units were released and three have gone into contract, according to a broker for the project. While we don’t know final sales prices, two units entered contract while priced at over $1 million, while a third was asking $825,000. The last unit left is also priced at $825,000. Not too many interior pics to judge from. Has anyone been inside this place?

And there’s a parking lot next to the building, but no parking space w/ the condo. Seems really high, but it sold, so what do I know?
Wow. Ghastly. Carroll Gardens is a really hot neighborhood.
I assume they were trying to be funky by not lining up the windows, but I’m not sure it works.
Might be ugly on the outside, but I LOVE the kitchen!! Gorgeous.
And the concrete floors are nice too. If you’re into modern, these look pretty sweet.

This is hideous. I’m guessing the just added on to an existing brownstone and did the facade over because I couldn’t see someone building this from the ground up.
