Interior Photos of Icon 52, Woodside's New Rental Development

Curbed rounded up interior images from Modern Spaces of Icon 52, the new “affordable luxury” rental development at 52-05 Queens Boulevard in Woodside. Since launching last week, there are still only three units officially on the market: a 815-square-foot two bedroom asking $2,350 a month, a 644-square-foot one bedroom priced at $1,750, and a 440-square-foot studio asking $1,500. (Word is that a full leasing launch is coming very soon.) The 66 apartment units feature hardwood floors, kitchens with Caeserstone countertops and stainless steel appliances, and Kohler deep soaking tubs. The building itself has on-site laundry, bicycle storage, and private tenant storage.
