Large Real Estate Purchase Outside JFK Airport

The Commercial Observer reports that Torreno Realty Corporation picked up four properties a half mile north of JFK Airport for $53,100,000. The properties in question — dubbed Airgate I, II, II and IV — total close to 230,000 square feet. According to the Observer, “The buildings are 98.6 percent leased to 18 tenants, including some of the largest air cargo and logistics companies.” The Airgate III warehouse has 19 loading positions and 138 parking spaces. Torreno also bought up an adjacent lot with 27 parking spaces.
