Yet Another Hotel Planned for LIC

BuzzBuzzHome spotted DOB plans for (big surprise!) a hotel planned near Queens Plaza. Arc Architecture + Design Studio is designing a 14-story, 65-unit hotel at 41-32 27th Street, between Queens Plaza North and 41st Avenue. According to BuzzBuzzHome, T Hotel Property Management LLC bought the property in October for $3,500,000. At this point the hotel operator is unknown. This is just a few blocks away from a second location of the Hotel Vetiver under construction at 38-28 27th Street.
