We’ve learned that L Haus, a luxury condo building in LIC (GMAP), has sold out – 100% of its 123 units have been purchased. Modern Spaces has been the marketing agent, and they brought the building from 60 percent sold to 100 percent sold in just one year. This was achieved by a marketing strategy that included events, incentives, and new marketing materials (including a video) to attract buyers, increasing traffic at the L Haus by 30%. They also increased the price per square foot there by 30%.

Eric Benaim, CEO and president of Modern Spaces, said, “The changing market in Long Island City in the past year and the quality of construction at L Haus helped us push the building to 100 percent sold. L Haus marks our fourth sellout in Long Island City. It is always a great accomplishment to successfully complete a sales and marketing assignment at a building.”

More about the L Haus:

L Haus was designed by Cetra/Ruddy and is composed of 123 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 675 to 1,800 square feet. The building’s Penthouse and Duplex Collection includes simplex and duplex residences up to 1,800 square feet featuring spacious layouts with oversized windows, gourmet kitchens, large bedrooms, white oak flooring, high ceilings and either private roof top cabanas or expansive outdoor terraces.
