4545 Center Boulevard Almost Full Up

TF Cornerstone’s latest waterfront rental (featuring a very cool amenity deck) is now more than 80 percent leased. The 820-unit, 41-story building launched in May and hit the 50 percent mark in August. Remaining units start at $2,750 a month with one month of free rent for new leases in November. Looks like the building’s on track to being fully occupied before the end of the year. GMAP
