$2.4 Million Penthouse Released at Five27

BuzzBuzzHome reports that the LIC development Five27 just listed its penthouse unit for $2,400,000. The 2,038-square-foot apartment comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and some exterior space. Here’s what BuzzBuzzHome has to say about the unit in question: “The open kitchen is fitted with Caesarstone countertops, solid oak cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The apartment also has grey oak hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, a private balcony for one of the bedrooms and bathrooms with porcelain and glass tiles.” 20 out of 27 units at the four-story development are already in contract. The three condos currently on the market range from a one-bedroom, priced at $645,000, to the snazzy penthouse. The development hit the market in May and was over half sold by the end of the month.
