Here’s a decently-sized studio apartment at the Queen Mary Anne co-op building in Jackson Heights. The kitchen is separate but is very small, which is to be expected. The overall living space looks comfortable at 550 square feet, with at least enough room for a bed and a kitchen table. Do you think the ask of $159,000 sounds reasonable? Seems a tad high to us.
